Middlesex Eye Physicians offers a full-service optical department with friendly, experienced Licensed Opticians, as well as apprentices, who are available to assist you by providing the best quality eyewear with an emphasis on personal care and service. Our Opticians will work with you to select lens designs and frames that will offer you your best vision, comfort, and appearance. We carry a wide variety of contact lenses, eyeglasses, sunglasses, and sports eyewear for adults and children. In addition, our optical department is stocked with reading glasses, eyeglass cleaners, eyeglass cases, repair kits and Bruder’s Masks (to soothe dry eyes).

Meet Ingrid Campos, Licensed Optician
Ingrid Campos joined Middlesex Eye Physicians in 2019. She is a Licensed Optician and works in our Middletown location specializing in both glasses and contact lenses. Ingrid is certified with the American Board of Opticianry and the National Contact Lens Examiners.
Meet Ashley Myers, Apprentice Optician
Ashley Myers joined Middlesex Eye Physicians in 2020. She has been an apprentice optician since 2014. After completing her associates degree in medical administration, she discovered the optical field and loved it. Since then she has found her passion for glasses and for helping anyone in the optical field.

Payment for services can be made by:
Payment for eyewear/contact lenses is due in full at the time the order is placed. We accept most forms of payment.
Eyewear is a custom product made specifically for you. Once an order is placed it can not be cancelled and payment is non-refundable.
Eyewear should be picked up within 3 months of ordering. We reserve the right to disassemble any unclaimed orders, and any monies will be forfeited beyond this date.
If your doctor changes your prescription (Rx) for any reason Middlesex Eye Physicians will:
- Within 30 days of original Rx date we will replace the lens FREE of charge; except for upgrades in materials.
- After 30 days up and to 6 months of original Rx date we will replace the lens at 50% of the original price of your order.
Progressive Lenses:
If for any reason you are not happy with your progressive lenses within 30 days of picking up your order, Middlesex Eye Physicians will replace the lenses with your choice of single, bifocal, or trifocal lenses. This replacement will be FREE of charge unless you choose any upgrades in materials.
Contact Lenses are non-refundable and payment is required on order.
Warranties/Adjustments/Repairs
Middlesex Eye Physicians has a 1-year warranty on eyeglass frames and lenses. This is a FREE warranty and is valid for a one-time use.
Although extreme care is taken when adjusting and repairing eyewear, there is no guarantee, therefore, adjustments and repairs will be done at the owner’s risk. We do reserve the right to decline adjustments or repairs on any eyewear deemed too fragile
