Ophthalmologist

Raji Mulukutla, M.D. received her B.A., as well as a Masters in Public Health from Johns Hopkins University, and is a 1989 graduate of the Ohio State University College of Medicine. Dr. Raji completed her ophthalmology training at Temple University Hospital, and in her final year, served as Chief Resident.
She performs surgical and comprehensive ophthalmology along with cosmetic services including comprehensive eye exams, laser-assisted cataract surgery, evaluates and treats glaucoma, diabetic retinopathy, macular degeneration, Botox, and Juvederm. She has a special interest in laser-assisted cataract surgery and performs approximately 600 laser-assisted cataract surgeries a year.
Dr. Raji is board-certified and a member of numerous professional organizations, including the American Academy of Ophthalmology and the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery. In addition, she is a Senior Attending Surgeon at Middlesex Hospital and is on the staff at Hartford Hospital Eye Surgery Center. Dr. Raji is also the recipient of the CT Top Doc award 2012 through 2017.
In her free time, Dr. Raji enjoys traveling, cooking, and playing on the internet.
