We provide both medical and routine eyecare. We accept most major medical plans such as Cigna, Aetna, Anthem, Connecticare, United Healthcare and Medicare for medical coverage. We participate with VSP for routine Coverage and glasses or contacts. Please contact your Human Resource Department or your Insurance to find out the details of your plan.
Our in-house billing department handles all of your claims from posting the exam to making sure your insurance carrier processes your claim correctly. They are always available to answer any questions that may arise from your visit or bill.
It is very important that you bring your current insurance card to each visit to ensure that your claims will be correctly processed.
