This FREE patient loyalty program is offered as a great benefit for future cosmetic services.
Who is eligible?
Anyone receiving treatment or purchasing eligible products will earn rewards instantly on future treatments and products.
How do I sign up?
Simply contact our cosmetic coordinator, Catherine at 860 347-7466, and ask her to send you an invitation. When Catherine invites you as a friend, you will instantly receive 200 points to use! If you wish to sign up on your own, you can visit the Brilliant Distinctions website at
www.BrilliantDistinctions.Program.com . You will not receive the friends 200 reward points.
How does it work?
Any time you have treatment, we will “deposit” the product information into your account. If you purchase eligible products; you will deposit your eligible product information.
You can redeem points by clicking on the redeem points tab in your account. Use your points to print a money savings coupon. Please note, once you redeem your voucher, you must use within 60 days from creation date or it will expire.
Point redemption:
Example: Patient A has had Juvederm treatment for the folds around their mouth; 2 syringes of Juvederm have been used. Patient A had 400 points deposited into their Brilliant distinctions account. The patient wanted to print a voucher for their earned points for their next visit. With the 400 points the patient earned a $50.00 voucher to be used for their next treatment.

Perks from Brilliant distinctions include: treatment reminders, newsletters, occasional bonus points.
The program can be used for Botox treatment, Juvederm treatments, Vivite (medical grade skin care), Latisse (longer, lush, lashes)
